  • Abstract submission step 1 - What is the Call for Presentations? An invitation to submit short descriptive texts, known as 'abstracts,' which detail DHIS2-related projects, case studies or research initiatives you've been involved in, and which you would like to present at the Annual Conference. •We will accept submissions for the 2026 conference until midnight on 1 February 2026.
  • Abstract submission step 2 - Who can submit?
                                            •Anyone working with DHIS2—from practitioners and researchers to developers, policymakers and beyond. •We hope to hear from known DHIS2 experts and newcomers alike. •Submissions are encouraged from all regions, sectors and industries, and we welcome entries in English, French and 
                                            Spanish.

  • Abstract submission step 4 - What happens after I submit? All submissions are reviewed by a panel of experts and domain specialists. 
                                            Accepted abstracts are selected for presentation as one of 
                                            the following: Presentation aspart ofaconferencesession(on-site) Lightning talk (on-site) Poster presentation (on-site) Digital poster (online) •Authors will be notified about the decision in early 2026.
